   1. The total cost for a custom silicone baby with no hair is $1,800 + shipping (billed at completion of order). The deposit today is $375 followed by 8 monthly payments of $178.13

Layaway is offered in partnership with Stripe. Stripe adheres to the highest security standards PCI DSS compliance. Advanced encryption to protect sensitive payment data. You will manage your payment plan in your Stripe dashboard.  

By offering a layaway for a silicone doll I am purchasing the unpainted doll in an installment plan with the silicone caster.  Payment for the blank kit is dependent upon your layaway installment payments for completion.

• You Must be 18 years or older to submit this application.
• Completed item will not be shipped until the layaway agreement is paid in full.
• Missing a payment stops all work on your doll.  
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Payment plan is set up via stripe automatic payments.
• Payment due date is based on the day you submit this form.
• Automatic billing cycle is 30 days.
• Early payoff is accepted by request with no penalty.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Failed payments will be reattempted twice.
• Silicone babies are poured to order by our casters.
• The cost of the materials to create your baby will exceed $1,975 USD
• Missed payments may result in cancellation of your order with no refund.
• Our casters have firm no refund policies that bind us to this contract.
• At sixty days past due the plan will be voided and the layaway will be cancelled.
• Forever Newborn will not pay for your pour contract if you miss a payment.
• Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of your order.
• Store credit in the amount you have paid in excess of the materials required to create your order will be issued to you.
• Store credit will be valid for the life of the business.
• Shipping costs are not included in your layaway plan.
• You will be billed for exact shipping.
• Full value insurance is included.
• Shipping cost is calculated by the carrier
• Cost based on location & weight.
• We ship via USPS Priority Mail & UPS
• Packages ship from Elkton, Virginia.
