Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of startups in the Pegasus Tech Startup World Cup Regional Round in the Commonwealth of Virginia. By submitting an application, participants agree to comply with these terms and assert that all information provided is accurate.
