I am not being charged with speeding 25 mph or more over the posted speed limit or speeding in a construction zone with workers present. I am not in process of, nor have I completed a Deferred Ajudication within 12 months preceeding the date of the offense, with any other agency. I understand that the following must be submitted to the court on or before my court date:
1. This request completed and signed.
2. A uploaded copy of your valid Texas Driver's License which is not a CDL.
3. A uploaded copy of your Auto Insurance. (Insurance card must show you as a listed driver)
4. A cashiers check or money order. (No personal checks accepted), for the amount of the citation plus any additional $50.00 deferral fee. Please refer to govrec.com to find out the amount. Contact Municipal Court for other payment options.
5. Once these request is received, we will process it and send you back the request pertaining to the deferred adjudication. Please be advised the the deferred adjudication covers the State of Texas, not just our city or county. Failure to include all required items as stated above, this request will be denied. If all requirements of the deferred adjudication are met the Municipal Court will remove the judgement and dismiss the charge.
I hereby make my motion for deferred disposition in this matter. I plea, see below, to the traffic offense as stated on the citation I receivedand waive my right to a trial by judge or jury.
