I hereby release Grace Church of Humble, its agents, assigns, employees, and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of injury, sickness, or damage which may be sustained by me during the course of my voluntary relief work related to Disaster Relief 2024.

Disciplinary Agreement

I understand that, while I participate in any Grace Church activities, it is my obligation to abide by the rules set forth by the sponsoring organization, its leaders and supervisory personnel. Any infraction of rules and/or conduct by me can result in dismissal from the volunteer program.
