Terms & Agreement
Vendor Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis in the order in which registration is received. Monterey Tequila Festival (MTF) has the right to rearrange vendor areas for the betterment of the event.
Space and Personnel – Restaurant must handle their space in a professional manner. Restaurant space must be staffed at all times. Maximum number of staff is 2.
Check-in hours at the Hyatt begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 18th. Must be fully set up by 3pm. Please no staples, tacks, nails, paint, glitter or confetti to be used for decoration. Regular banners and retractables are okay.
All Vendors must have enough food samples to last till 8pm. There is no early take down.
Takedown - We ask all restaurant vendors to wait until 8:00p.m., to begin takedown of their area.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless - MTF, Vendors, and Venue: Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, its officers, directors, employees, owners, related entities and agents from and against all losses, damages, claims, actions or causes of actions, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys fee, and costs and expenses arising from the defense of any claim, action, or cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from the performance or failure to perform by the other party of its obligations hereunder. MTF, Vendors, and Venue: Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa each agree that this indemnification will not apply to the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
By submitting this form, you confirm your restaurant's participation in the Monterey Tequila Festival on October 18th. You agree to provide food samples for the duration of the event and comply with all festival guidelines.
