• All Hallows' Eve Treat Trail Sign-up

  • Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2026 All Hallows' Eve Treat Trail at Stuhr Museum! Booth space is free and complimentary admission is provided for your staff/volunteers working your booth. 

    We anticipate around 1,000 trick-or-treaters each night. Booths must be set up and ready to hand out goodies no later than 6:00 pm (we recommend arriving no later than 5:30 pm). Each booth space will contain a table and 2 chairs.

    You are welcome to decorate your booth however you wish in a family-friendly and appropriate way. Please note, electricity is limited and will only be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not select electricity hook-ups when you register, we cannot guarantee hook-ups will be available for your booth during the event. 

    Do you want to be a part of the fun, but don't want to hand out goodies? Feel free to set up an activity instead! Ideas include a photo op, bean bag toss, tic-tac-toe, or other yard games for families to enjoy. 

    Please note, this event is held outdoors. Please plan to decorate and dress for the weather!

  • Which nights will your organization be at the All Hallows' Eve Treat Trail?

  • Staff/volunteers working your booth should stop at the Gate House to check-in upon arrival at Stuhr Museum. Additional guests arriving with your staff/volunteers who are not working at your organization's booth can purchase admission at that time. Admission to All Hallows' Eve is $10 for kids ages 3+ and adults. Stuhr Museum members get in free!

  • Booth Details

    Please give us an idea of what you're planning so that we can assign booth spaces according to your needs. Don't worry if you change your mind - the only change we need to be made aware of in advance is electrical needs. The other details are just for informational purposes.

  • Access to electrical plug-ins is restricted to the west side of the trail in order to avoid running cords across the pathway in the dark. You may use battery-operated or solar-powered lights, decorations, or speakers on either side of the pathway.
