All Hallows' Eve Treat Trail Sign-up

Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2024 All Hallows' Eve Treat Trail at Stuhr Museum! We estimate approximately 750-1,000 trick-or-treaters per night. Organizations will be mailed complimentary tickets for those working your booth. All booths need to be ready to go at 6:00 pm when the Treat Trail opens. You may arrive as early as 4:00 pm to decorate. If you need additional time, please contact us to make arrangements. Thank you for your part in making All Hallows' Eve a great time for the families in our community! **Please note, as of 10/1/24, all Treat Trail spaces with electrical access have been filled.

Each organization will be provided an 8-foot table and 2 chairs. If you need any additional accommodations, please let us know.

Access to electrical plug-ins is restricted to the west side of the trail in order to avoid running cords across the walkway in the dark. If your organization would like to plug in any decorations, please let us know now so we can plan appropriately. (If you need electricity, please sign up early - spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis!)
All spaces with electrical access have been filled as of 10/1/24. If you are signing up after this date, please plan your decorations around battery-operated lights, or without decorations needing plugged in. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist in case one of our organizations is unable to attend, please check the box below and we will let you know if a space becomes available.
