Full Time staff requires a commitment to an average of 35-40 ministry hours each week for at least a 2 year commitment. This will allow you to ethically and legally raise support through our partners at MEI.

Part time staff have the expectation to attend staff meetings and 1 prayer room set each week (~5 hours total). You may attend and participate as much as your schedule allows, but is designed for those working other jobs who still want to be part of what God is doing through YWAM Starkville.

Mission Building will require 35-40 ministry hours weekly for your time with us. We will provide housing for your stay and help with food when able. Limited to 60 Days each year.
