  • Social Event Registration

    This form is to be used for all events that a Sorority or a Fraternity hosts. At all times, university, local, state, federal, and national organization laws, policies, and procedures must be followed. Questions should be directed to IFC or PHC Risk VP: Jack Pellikan (risk@illinoisifc.com/773-967-8177) & Val Weinshenker (illiniphcvpriskmanagement@gmail.com/‭630-8495728‬). Any updates to a registered event must also be emailed to your VP of Risk and Director of Kolusis.
  • Reminder: What is Considered a Social Event?

    (1) Alcohol present, (2) The event is associated with a specific chapter by an outside observer, (3) As few as two members of a fraternity or sorority. Ex: barn dance, semi-formal/formal, block, pledge class party, bar crawl, tailgate, etc.
  • Key Rules to Remember:

    (1) Themes MUST be provided at the time registration, TBD/TBA is unacceptable; refrain from themes that are thought to be inappropriate, (2) Events registered less than 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE will be treated as unregistered events (i.e. directed to the Judicial Board), (3) Updates must be made by 24 hours before the time of the event, (4) You are allowed 3 late registrations/updates. (5) Per NPC Policy, NPC chapters are not allowed to host events with unrecognized chapters.

  • Information Regarding Chapter Advisors

    When registering social events, you must also write down one of your chapter advisor's email. Your advisor will receive a copy of your submission. If you are a Fraternity, please visit https://fsaffairs.illinois.edu/organizations/fraternities/ to find your advisor. If you are a Sorority, please visit https://fsaffairs.illinois.edu/organizations/sororities/ to find your advisor.
