Other Considerations

Are you allergic or sensitive to any adhesives, metals, or hair/skin products?

Are you currently taking any medication that has side effects that can cause hair thinning and/or hair loss? Do you have thyroid issues? Or vitamin deficiency issues? 

Do you have now, or have had in the past, any problems with hair loss (shedding, breakage, balding, alopecia, thinning hairline, psoriasis of the scalp, eczema on the scalp, etc)? If yes, have you seen a dermatologist?

Do you have any damage due to previouse chemically treated hair treatments? 

Finally, time to show me some inspiration!

Please send me two photos of your hair. They are for my eyes only so that I can determine our starting point. These must be current hair.

Instructions:

~ To get the most accurate representation please have a friend take your images in NATURAL, SHADED light. No selfies, please! No flash or direct sunlight.

~ Submit one photo of the front of your hair

~ Submit one photo of the back of your hair

If you do not submit photos according to the above instructions, your form will be DELETED. (You may resubmit and follow instructions)

FIRST Appointment:

A $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required upon booking. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the appointment and is NOT an additional add on fee. This will secure your appointment.

First time appointment includes:

The initial investment ranges from (deposit included):

16" hair: $800-$1000

18" hair: $900-$2,000
22" hair: $1,000-$2,800

24" hair: $1,150-$3000

This total is narrowed down during the consultation and is based on where your hair is currently, and what is needed to give you a flawless blend.

Maintenance Appointments:

Your extensions will need to be moved up every 6-10 weeks.

Pricing is as follows:

1 row $155-200

2 rows $315-400

*color and trim NOT included

Extension hair needs replaced every 6-9 months.

I recommend replacing THREE-SIX wefts of hair every 3rd move up appointment to keep extensions looking fresh and full.

Hair is priced per weft and cost depends on length.

IN CASE OF RESCHEDULING

I understand life happens. Both our time and money are important. In the event you have to reschedule, your initial appointment, I am able to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment, the non-refundable deposit will not be applied to further appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the 

* If this is your first appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee and a new non refundable deposit will be required to rebook

LATE: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment.
