As an important member of our community we would be honored to have you join us at the 14th Annual Capital City Dragon Boat Race!

Your sponsorship and all proceeds from this event will support one of our community's greatest resources, our women.

Besides contributing to our community and our cause, Dragon Boat events provide a unique and valuable team building opportunity for you and your employees, friends, and family. Where else will you get the chance to embark on a journey in an ornate and traditional Chinese dragon boat while paddling in unison to the beat of an ancient drum?

Participants do not need to have any experience. Just a willingness to work together, get a little wet, maybe a little sore from paddling, and have a whole lot of fun! In 2019 two new teams won 1st place in their division! In the words of previous years paddlers:

“None of us knew quite what to expect … we certainly didn’t expect to win a gold medal; but now we have all come to expect something more of ourselves and of our shared efforts.”

If you would like to be a vendor at the event, we will provide a reserved non-tented 10x10 space. There is no electric available. Set up is Sunday from 7:30-9am. Display time from 9am-5pm.
