Required Deposit:
i do require all new clients to pay a $30 deposit for haircuts and a $55 deposit for color appointments. this a non-refundable deposit, but will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment. i accept these deposits via Cashapp or Zelle.
if you need to reshedule, your deposit will go toward the new appointment you have made. This is allowed (1) time. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation; i will always recommend rescheduling or changing your service to better fit your circumstances instead of cancelling.
Late Cancellation | No-Show Policy:
* At least 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After that, your deposit will be forfeit, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule. After two offenses, I may no longer accept you as a client.
* No-shows are not tolerated. Your deposit will be instantly forfeit, and after even one offense, I may no longer accept you as a client. If I do choose to work with you moving forward, you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
* Please show up to your appointment on time. This is to ensure that I have ample time to take every necessary step to create your color without needing to rush or running into my next client's time.
* Every offense will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. I understand that life happens, and mistakes are made. I want and am willing to work with you as long as you communicate with me. Please be mindful, however, that I am not paid if I don't have a client in my chair, and all of these policies are set in place to protect my livelihood and my business. I appreciate your understanding so much!
