what current products are you using?

your appointment could take anywhere between 3-6 hours. My days of work are Saturday and Sunday 7a - 1p. Do you have a preferred day or time request for your appointment?

i understand that depending on my starting point, my hair history, and my ultimate goal, it may take several sessions to achieve my desired look. especially if i am looking for something drastically different than what i have now, i am committing to at least 3 sessions to reach my goal.

i understand that my hair will never look exactly like my inspiration photo(s) & we are merely using them as inspiration. i understand that my stylist is not a copy machine. my hair texture, density, natural color, and history are all unique to me, and i understand that all of these things have an effect on my final color results.

i understand that pricing is completely and totally dependent on my hair type, texture, product usage, time required, and steps taken in our appointment to further me in my hair journey.

i understand that after the day of my appointment, i have up to 1 week to reach out to my stylist, Megan, and ask her to adjust my color/cut. all adjustments are complimentary, but require open communication from both parties to address. some exceptions may apply. no refunds are offered to rendered services.

Required Deposit:

i do require all new clients to pay a $30 deposit for haircuts and a $55 deposit for color appointments. this a non-refundable deposit, but will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment. i accept these deposits via Cashapp or Zelle.

if you need to reshedule, your deposit will go toward the new appointment you have made. This is allowed (1) time. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation; i will always recommend rescheduling or changing your service to better fit your circumstances instead of cancelling.

Late Cancellation | No-Show Policy:

* At least 24 hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After that, your deposit will be forfeit, and you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule. After two offenses, I may no longer accept you as a client.

* No-shows are not tolerated. Your deposit will be instantly forfeit, and after even one offense, I may no longer accept you as a client. If I do choose to work with you moving forward, you will be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.

* Please show up to your appointment on time. This is to ensure that I have ample time to take every necessary step to create your color without needing to rush or running into my next client's time.

* Every offense will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. I understand that life happens, and mistakes are made. I want and am willing to work with you as long as you communicate with me. Please be mindful, however, that I am not paid if I don't have a client in my chair, and all of these policies are set in place to protect my livelihood and my business. I appreciate your understanding so much!
