    We know that being a business owner is busy - we often get drawn into the day to day of our business or end up dealing with whatever emerging issue or opportunity is in front of us. The result is that important parts of our business can be left unattended until something goes wrong. That's why we've created the Co- Business Health Check - our tool to help you get on the front foot with building your business!

    What to Expect

    Our health check is based on a set of statements about you and your business, which we will ask you to score on a scale of 1 (never) to 5 (always). This will enable us to identify and prioritise areas for improvement and your next steps to take your business forwards. 

    Business Functions

    There is no one thing that makes a successful business. There are lots of components that need to be in place and working well for a business to survive and thrive. In fact, a healthy business has effective and robust systems and processes in place across each of the four business functions shown below.
