2024 - 2025 Vietnamese Children's Faith Formation Program Registration Form

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to welcome you and your child to our Children Faith Formation Program at Christ Cathedral Parish. Our program is designed to nurture the spiritual growth of our young members and instill strong faith foundations through various classes and activities.

Program Highlights:

First Holy Communion Classes (Year 1 and Year 2): These classes prepare children to receive their First Holy Communion, deepening their understanding of the Eucharist and their relationship with God.
Post-Communion Classes (3rd-8th Grade): Continuing their faith journey, these classes build on the foundations of the sacrament, teaching children more about their faith and how to live it daily.
Vietnamese Language Class: Enriching cultural heritage and language skills, this class helps children connect with their Vietnamese roots.
Thiếu Nhi Thánh Thể (Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Group): This youth group fosters a sense of community, faith, and service among our young members. (ages 7-18, only accepting students turning 7 by the end of October 2024)
Lunch: Lunch is provided to ensure that our children are nourished and ready to participate fully in their activities.

Important Information for First Holy Communion: Before you start the registration process, please have a photo or file of your child's baptism certificate and birth certificate ready. These documents are essential to complete the registration form.
