Purpose & Use
- I do not really believe you are worthless. You have tremendous internal resources that may be clogged right now.
- This app or website is a tool designed to educate you on how to organize an immediate unpleasant experience that JUST HAPPENED. This can help you know how to talk to yourself and others about what you are going through.
- By better understanding and labeling what is occurring within you RIGHT NOW, you might find yourself settling down more and making better, more deliberate, and less reactive choices.
- This tool can be used as a daily guide for self exploration of experiences like anger, worry, sadness, stumbling, and relationship upsets.
- It is not a personality test or any other kind of test. There are no interpretations given by us. We do not use mental health diagnoses.
- This is not a single-use app. By repeated use you will likely become better at using these tools without needing the app as often later on.
- We are not a crisis service. You are responsible for seeking any needed help or emergency services.
- We will not react to (or likely even see or read) your responses, darkest thoughts, urges, temptations, etc.
- You are free to use your discoveries from this app in your work with a therapist, coach, sponsor, clergy, guru, yoga instructor, friends, family, nutritionist, parole officer, or other confidantes.
- You are free to enter as few or as many responses as you want. Only initial consents are a mandatory condition of using the app.
You can choose to submit, delete, or abandon your responses. You are encouraged to save your work. The "save" button initially requests an email address but this can be BYPASSED; instead you can copy a secure link (HTTPS) for completing your thoughts later. The User is responsible for the privacy of their link. WORKS IN PROGRESS and SUBMITTED RESPONSES ARE KEPT SECURE THE SAME WAYS BANKS DO IT (256 bit SSL). They are stored on secure European GDPR-compliant servers for STRICTEST PRIVACY. All submitted responses are DE-INDENTIFIED ASAP AND WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER SUBMISSION. If you submit and change your mind later you may email us and we will delete your responses if we can identify them when we talk; include a way to reach you by phone or WhatsApp but be discreet about the issue in your email to incapazman at gmail.

- We believe that movement from acknowledgement of one's experience to actively organizing it via these exercise promotes growth.
- This is also a space for you to explore old patterns and consider possible things to change or look further into.
