    As part of Travelpro® Canada's Limited Warranty, replacement parts may be offered for repair. Any shipping costs to a Travelpro® Canada authorized repair center are at the expense of the shipper, such as shipping label(s) and material(s). If replacement parts are not available, it is at Travelpro® Canada’s discretion to offer a replacement bag. If your warranty claim is approved and a new replacement bag is awarded, a non-refundable $50 CAD shipping charge must be paid for all order processing.

    Here are some helpful tips to locate the required information:

    Step 1: Fully open your main luggage compartment
    Step 2: Locate inside either a White or Black tag that shows a Travelpro logo
    Step 3: Gently rub the tag between two fingers to help locate the Style# & PO#

    *Note: As part of Travelpro® Canada's Limited Warranty, Travelpro® Canada cannot guarantee the exact size, color or model, but we will make every effort to replace it with a similar model or collection. All replacement order(s) do not extend or restart the warranty period of your original Travelpro® product(s). Travelpro® Canada has the right to replace any replacement product(s) as a one-time courtesy with the same or equivalent collection. New warranty coverage is not provided with this one-time offer.

    This offer applies only to customers who’ve purchased their Travelpro® Canada products within Canada and currently reside within Canada (Excludes YT, NU, NT).

  • CLAIMS MAY HAVE A RESPONSE TIME OF 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
