The Modern Mom Show events are original, one-of-a-kind, curated, modern and all about creating a fun atmosphere for both guests and vendors! The Modern Mom Show hosts social and shopping events that have a reputation to be the best-curated family trade show event in Canada! With thousands of guests in attendance, the previous vendors exhibiting at TMMS can attest to this event being "one of a kind" in terms of vendor/guest experience, sales, network connections and overall brand exposure. The Modern Mom Show Christmas Edition is pulling inspiration from European Christmas Markets and creating an unforgettable expereience for families to kick off their holiday season!

At the event our guests will be able to shop+experience the best of the best 100+ Canadian brands, enjoy our styled and interactive donation areas in support of London local Ronald McDonald House Charities including Santa (with real beard!) photos, comfort food + drink options, live busker music, kids play area, parent lounges and the best weekend to kick start the Christmas season!

The Modern Mom Show events are like no other event held in Canada, bringing together the best of the best the small business community in Canada has to offer, all under one roof and we want your brand to join in on the fun!
Acceptance Criteria

•You must be the designer, owner or creator of your company.

•Your products must be made or designed in Canada (Canadian-run boutiques carrying out of Canada brands ARE eligible for acceptance)

•Your company must have at least one active social media account (preferably Instagram being the most active platform)

All applications will be accepted based on quality, uniqueness, booth design, social media presence and overall appeal towards the TMMS guest demographic.

We strive for no more than 2-3 companies with similar products/styles to encourage sales and no direct competition between brands. We value positive vendor morale and want to make sure each attending brand will benefit from their TMMS experience.

***Direct sales/Network Marketing/MLM companies will not be considered for acceptance.
What is included in the vendor fees:

•Booth space

•Up to 4 vendor wristbands

•2 complimentary entrance tickets for social media giveaway

•Exposure to highly motivated shoppers, bloggers, and media coverage prior to and throughout the event

•Vendor listing on themodernmomshow.com with hyperlink to your brand’s website

•Optional inclusion in the 200 early entrance loot bags when a physical item is included on the promotional material. (No min value required)

•Optional inclusion in the highly anticipated LUXE Bags

• Optional inclusion to be a part of TMMS' Christmas Wish Book (Professional photographs taken of YOUR product that is incorporated into event theme)

**In the case of an event shut down due to any reason (ie. public health or safety concerns) your booth fees will automatically transfer to the next event date. Booth fees are always non-refundable.
