CoachCon 2024 Registration Information

Rock Steady CoachCon will be at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC on October 3-5, 2024. RSB BOD members are encouraged to attend the conference beginning with an evening opening reception on 10/3 at 5PM, conference sessions on 10/4, and the BOD meeting on 10/5 from 9AM - 1PM. CoachCon is a great opportuntiy to meet those affiliate owners and coaches we serve. If your schedule does not allow for full attendance, you may attend just the BOD meeting on Sat 10/5. We would like in-person attendance, but a Zoom will also be avaialble for those unable to attend in-person.

 

Below is the information we need from you to complete the registration process.

RSB will:

• Register you and any guest for the conference
• Reserve your room at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort
• There will be no cost to BOD members for their conference registration or room

You will need to:

• Book your own flights to/from the conference
• Arrange ground transportation to the conference center (about 35 min Uber/Lyft/Taxi)
• These expenses may be submitted for reimbursement
