    The use of Pepperwood's facilities is granted to organizations, institutions and individuals whose work upholds the values of our mission. Partner organizations, research collaborators and school groups are examples of approved facility users.


    Please note: We ask all requests to be submitted 15 days prior to the requested reservation date when possible. Please give 3-5 business days for our team to review your request and we will notify you once reviewed.

    July 2024 Update:


    We would like to inform all prospective visitors about several important changes related to facility use at Pepperwood. We have found it necessary to adjust our facility use fees to reflect the current economic realities. We are striving to find a balance between the needs of our community and the wellbeing of our staff as well as facilities.
    Therefore, starting July 1st, 2024, there will be an increase in our facility use fees. Our updated fees can be found below or on our website.


    Dwight Center Classroom(s) and Courtyard: $750.00 per day
    Dwight Center Gallery: $600.00 per day


    In addition, we will no longer be able to provide K-12 school groups with overnight accommodations. Thankfully, many other local organizations provide such services for school groups.
