Thank you for your interest in contributing to our Community Reflections Wall in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day. This community project will be displayed at the Pier during the event. We invite you to share your thoughts and reflections by following these instructions:
Submission Content: Please reflect on what International Overdose Awareness Day means to you. Share your thoughts, experiences, hopes, or messages of remembrance related to overdose awareness and prevention.
Submission Format: You may submit written reflections, poems, short stories, or quotes. Alternatively, you can submit original artwork, such as drawings, paintings, photographs, or digital art.
Submission Guidelines:
Written Submissions: Please limit written submissions to about 500 words or less (or one-page, single-spaced). Feel free to use the text box for typed submissions if needed.
Artwork: Submit high-resolution images in JPEG or PNG format. If submitting physical artwork or photographs, please ensure they are clear and well-lit for digital reproduction.
Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by August 28th to be considered for inclusion in the Community Reflections Wall. There will also be opportunity at the event to share your submission.

Attach your written submission or artwork directly to the form. If you are submitting physical artwork or photographs, please scan or photograph them and upload the digital files.
Permission and Rights: By submitting your work, you grant permission for it to be displayed publicly as part of the Community Reflections Wall for International Overdose Awareness Day. You retain all rights to your work, and it will be credited appropriately.
