Kiwiana Risk assessment is available for your reading from our office. I know I can ask any questions from Kiwiana Tours about the travel and activities my child may be involved in, to gain a better understanding of the risks involved. I understand that Kiwiana Tours does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property and that it is my responsibility to check my child's travel insurance policy.

Kiwiana Tours – Student Agreement of Conduct. Welcome! We want everyone to have a safe, fun, and memorable trip. Please read the following rules carefully and sign at the bottom to show you agree to follow them. 1. Respect Others! Be polite and respectful to everyone — teachers, tour leaders, drivers, guides, and other students.Listen to instructions and follow them the first time.Treat everyone with kindness. No bullying, teasing, or rude language. 2. Stay Safe. Always stay with the group unless you have permission to leave. Follow all safety rules for activities and while travelling.Wear your seatbelt on the bus. Don’t do anything dangerous or illegal. 3. (Accommodation Rules for over night tours only). Be respectful in your accommodation — keep your room tidy and look after the property. No loud noise or running around in hallways, especially at night. You must not damage or take anything that doesn’t belong to you. If something is broken or damaged, you must tell a teacher or tour leader straight away. 4. No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking. No alcohol, drugs, vaping, or smoking at any time — this includes all accommodation and activities. Breaking this rule may mean being sent home at your or your parents’ expense. 5. Curfew and Group Time. Follow the curfew times set by teachers or tour leaders. Stay in your own room after curfew — no visiting other rooms. Join in all group activities and be on time for the bus and events. 6. Be Responsible Look after your belongings. If you damage something or cause a problem, you may need to pay for repairs or costs. Remember, how you behave represents your school and your country — make it something to be proud of! 7. AgreementI understand and agree to follow these rules during my Kiwiana Tours trip.If I break them, I may lose privileges, my parents and school will be informed, and I could be sent home.
