Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Check-In:
- All campers must register at the office upon arrival.
- Check-in time is from 9:00AM to 10:00PM.
- Check-out time is by 12:00 PM.

2. Campsite Assignment:
- Campsites are assigned upon arrival based on availability.
- Requests for specific sites will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payment and Cancellation:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Only cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the first night’s fee.
• No refunds for early departures.
4. Campground Conduct:
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed at your campsite but must be done responsibly.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
5. Fires and Grills:
- Fires are permitted as long as your fire pits are contained (you can use rocks around the campsites to create your own fire pits).
- Never leave a fire unattended. Fully extinguish it before leaving the site or going to sleep.
6. Pets:
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed to roam.
- Clean up after your pets.
• Pets are not allowed in communal areas such as restrooms or the lodge.
7. Waste and Recycling:
- Dispose of all trash in the designated bins.
- Recycle where facilities are provided.
- Leave your campsite clean and free of litter.
8. River Access:
- NO glass or glass bottles allowed near river bank.
- Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty.
- Life jackets are recommended for children for all water activities.
- Do not disturb wildlife or natural habitats.
- Contact camp director for river equipment rentals.
9. Safety and Emergencies:
- Report any accidents or emergencies to the campground manager immediately.
- Its recommended to bring your own first aid kits incase of minor injuries.
- In case of severe weather, follow the instructions of campground staff.
10. Liability:
- Big River Outdoor Campground is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property.
- Campers are responsible for their own safety and the security of their belongings.
11. Compliance:
- All campers must comply with these rules and regulations.
- Violation of these terms may result in eviction from the campground without a refund.
