  • It's Our 10th Year!

    Sponsoring The NEPA Horror Fest and Scranton Punk Collective is more than a donation to our event; it sends a message of advocacy to independent filmmakers, visual artists, and musicians. It also provides a unique advertising opportunity for your business or organization and emphasizes your support for the film, music, and art communities of our region. We cannot produce The NEPA Horror Fest without the support of our local businesses and organizations. We sincerely appreciate and value your contribution to this bi-annual event!

    • Event: NEPA Horror Fest: The Ladies of Elm Street | 13 Short Films X
    • Date: Saturday, October 5, 2024
    • Vendor Setup Time: 9 a.m. to Noon
    • Flea Market Duration: Noon to 7 p.m.
    • Vendor Breakdown Time: 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Film Screening: 7 p.m.
    • Location: Grounds of The Circle Drive-In
    • Address: 1911 Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, Dickson City, PA 18508

    • Applications Open: Friday, July 12, 2024
    • Apply By to Be Included in Print: Monday, September 16, 2024

  • Setup Specifics (If Vending)

    • This event is in-person, outdoors (rain or shine), on a parking lot.
    • Consider all weather conditions before applying. This event is rain or shine.
    • Each reserved space allotment is approximately 12 ft. x 12 ft.
    • We strongly recommend bringing a pop-up tent with appropriate weights.
    • We do not provide any tents, tables, chairs, fixtures, or displays.
    • You must furnish any and all items that will fit within your space.
    • We will create rows of vendors as each enters the parking lot unless prior arrangements are made prior (i.e. for the limited space under the concession stand area).

    • Your business's name or logo prominently displayed on the back of the program booklet, given to all festival attendees.

    • Five (5) festival passes for The NEPA Horror Fest.

    • I understand weather may play a part in my experience at this event and I will use my own judgment and discretion if attending this event is best for me and my products.
    • I understand event organizers and venue personnel are not liable for theft, vandalism, damage, and/or loss of property.
    • I understand a pop-up tent with appropriate weights is strongly recommended for my vending area to protect my property.
    • I understand that I cannot be guaranteed electricity for my vending space.
    • I understand I must provide an accurate email address that I check regularly to receive updates about the event and I may miss necessary important information without it.
    • I understand I must have a social media presence with accurate, updated links to be considered.
    • I understand that photos on my social media accounts may be used to promote my vending for this event.
    • I understand that I may be photographed at this event and my photos may appear on social media and/or the website.
