We are excited to extend an invitation to your organization to become a sponsor for the Mississippi 911 Coordinators Association this year's annual fall conference that is coming up in October in Mississippi.

This year’s theme is “Under the Sea of 911: Deep Dive Into Part of our World”. Our goal is to offer practical tips and resources for building resilience within Mississippi’s Emergency Communications Centers.

 

WHEN

 

The Mississippi 911 Conference will take place October 28-31, 2024 at the Golden Nugget, Biloxi, Mississippi. This has been a joint conference of all three 911 State Chapters including the Mississippi 911 Coordinators Association, Mississippi NENA and Mississippi APCO. This event is attended by over 125 Telecommunicators from Frontline Telecommunicators to Administrators and over 30 sponsors. Our goal this year is to make this the best conference yet by providing exceptional training and knowledge to our #MS911Heroes. Your sponsorship will be paramount to achieving this goal!

Sponsors will receive full recognition throughout the conference and the opportunity to exhibit products and services on the exhibit hall floor. There will also be additional space available if you need to have private meetings for an additional fee.

2024 Sponsorship Opportunities:

Sponsorship packages are available, offering prime opportunities, visibility and engagement.

Each sponsor must supply your company contact information and digital logo no later than September 27, 2024.

PLATINUM SPONSOR $5,000 (3 Tables, 6 Chairs and Tablecloths provided in premium location of choice within exhibit hall)
Exhibit space, Sponsor of Entertainment, Dinner, or a Speaker, Program Recognition, speaking opportunity to promote company or product, and up to 6 Company Registrations

GOLD SPONSOR: $2,500 (2 Table, 4 Chairs and Tablecloth provided in designated area within exhibit hall)
Exhibit Space, Sponsor of Breakfast or Lunch, Program Recognition, speaking opportunity to promote company or product and up to 4 Company Representatives

SILVER SPONSOR: $1,500 (1 Table, 2 Chairs and Tablecloth provided in desirable location within exhibit hall)

All vendors are asked to bring a door prize with them and to have it on display during open booth times, up until the drawing. These door prizes will be presented throughout the conference and attendees do not have to be present to win.

If any Sponsor has materials they would like to be placed in attendee bags, please provide to MS 911 Coordinators Association at the address below no later than October 7, 2024.

 

Exhibitors Dates and Hours:

Exhibit area (Ship Island Ballroom) will be open as follows:

Monday: Set up is from 1pm-4pm.

Tuesday: Vendor Hall Open all day for Attendee access between sessions (9:30am-5pm with dedicated time from 1:00pm-1:30pm and afternoon breaks)
(There will be a Vendor reception at H20 (Rush Lounge -Rain Backup Location) from 6:00pm-9:00pm with Board and Attendees)

Wednesday: Vendor Hall Open all day for Attendee access between sessions (9:30am-5pm with dedicated time from 1:00pm-1:30pm and afternoon breaks)
(Dinner Banquet 7:00pm-10:30pm)

 

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:

A special room block has been created at the host hotel GOLDEN NUGGET.  

Room rates are subject to a $16.99 resort fee and 12% tax (currently 7% state tax and 5% occupancy tax). All the hotel rooms at Golden Nugget Biloxi are non-smoking.

Discount code and instructions will be sent via registration invoice after succesfully registering.

 

You must make their own lodging reservations with Golden Nugget Biloxi online or by phone. When you book through the link, you will be required to pay the first night's room and tax.

Room rates are as follows:

Luxury King $69.99, Terrace King $89.99 Luxury Queen $89.99, Terrace (2) Queen $109.99 Terrace

The group rate is not guaranteed to be available after the cut off date of Friday, October 7, 2024. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on space and rate availability.

All guests are required to present a valid credit or debit card at check in along with a valid photo ID. A security deposit authorization of $100 will immediately be placed on the account of the card presented. If using a debit card, this authorization could affect the account balance for a period of up to 30 days.
