ETRANSFER

Once you receive approval via email or through communication with Mary or Rhea, please e-transfer the payment to admin@ocdlogistics.com.

After submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email.

When sending the e-transfer, make sure to include the invoice ID from the Jotform in the notes section, found at the bottom of this form.

CASH [PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CASH AT THE DOOR UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE]

If you prefer to pay in cash at the door, please be aware that full payment is required before you can set up your table. Should you fail to show up without proper notice, it will result in a strike on your profile. We permit up to one no-show before we require a different method of payment to secure your spot.
