Please note:

1. This request form is for prize donation sponsorship applications only. This does not include requests for monetary donations.
2. Requests for sponsorship is limited or restricted to one application per year.
3. Skyrail receives many requests for sponsorship and support, and unfortunately, we are unable to support all applications.

A minimum of 28 days-notice prior to the event or initiative occurring is required.

As you will appreciate, Skyrail receives many requests for prize donation sponsorship and support, and we are unable to support all applications, this application commences the official consideration process.

Our guidelines have been prepared to enable us to meet the requests of a cross-section of charities & organisations operating within the North Queensland community, whilst maximising the benefits of our sponsorship budget.

Please note: Applications undergo an approval process once submitted and a minimum of 28 days-notice prior to the event or initiative occurring is required.

Any approved prize voucher is provided to the applicant in good faith, with the understanding that vouchers will be used for fundraising purposes only and the awarded prize voucher may not, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash, transferred, nor can it be sold or resold. If this voucher is determined as being used contrary to the intent above, it will be cancelled. Skyrail reserves the right to cancel this voucher at any time under any circumstances.
