As part of my Wedding Agreement, La Bella Studio requires credit card information to reserve these appointments.

After the trial has been completed, the full service for the wedding must be booked, contract signed, and the 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation of your date. This ensures your spot is secured for your special day.

I ask that if there is a need to adjust or cancel any of the appointments, all changes be made 48 hours before the appointment's date.
I, First Name Last Name , agree to the scheduled appointment times. I understand and agree to the non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price at this time to secure the appointments. I agree to pay the balance due, including any travel fees, on the event date. I understand that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and if any members of the wedding party miss or cancel their appointment on the day of the event, I will only be charged for the services completed. I understand that if I request the stylist to travel to my wedding location, travel fees will apply based on the distance the stylist must travel.
All services are priced at a base rate and include the use of professional hair products and supplies. The base rate does not include the cost of travel to location.
1. Complimentary Consultation: During this session, we will discuss your hair needs and schedule both a trial run and wedding day services. We will also review our contract and cancellation policies, and collect a 50% non-refundable deposit for all services. Due to the high demand for summer weekend dates, I recommend booking your wedding services at least 3 months in advance.
2. Practice Run for the Bride: This should be scheduled 3 to 4 weeks before your wedding. Bring everything you plan to wear on your big day, including your veil, jewelry, and other accessories. Consider this your wedding trial run.
  - Bridal Hair Trial $180.00
3. Wedding Day Hair: I will replicate the look we created during your trial run. Please remember that everyone in your wedding party is welcome to join us for services on your wedding day. Please note that wedding party prices are per person, per service.

  - Bridal Party style $125.00
  - Flower Girl style $50.00
4. Offsite Travel Policy: I’m happy to travel on location for wedding services. Please note that a minimum of $300 in services is required before any travel fees are applied. Travel fees are additional and will be included for all on-location services.

  - Please note that any touch-ups to your hair must be made before the stylist leaves. The stylist will not be available to return for additional touch-ups later.
  - Add-ons the day of event are permitted if time permits
5. If the hair stylist cannot perform the tasks and responsibilities for the upcoming wedding ceremony for valid reasons (hospitalization, accident, transportation issue), the hair stylist will notify the client immediately. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded, and the remaining balance will no longer be required.
Important Information for your Bridal Service

To help me serve you better and ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly, I ask that you and your wedding party please follow these simple guidelines:
- Please arrive with freshly washed, dry hair to help the hold of your hairstyle.
- For your wedding day, please all wear a loose-fitting or button-up shirt.
- For your wedding day, it is recommended to have a cool temperature and appropriate lighting in the service location.
- Most importantly, please be on time for your wedding day appointment. Even starting 15 minutes late will put everyone behind and I don’t want you to be late for your special day!
  - If the bridal party is running more than 30 minutes behind, I cannot guarantee that each scheduled person will be completed on time. Your punctuality ensures everyone looks their best for the big day.
