I hereby grant irrevocable permission to The McHenry County Fair Association, their assignees, agents or licensees to use my name and likeness and these portraits, photographs and reproductions thereof of me in any social media post, blog post, print advertising, video, etc. concerning photographic or video work and all advertising, promotional, commercial or informative purposes related thereto.

I waive any inspection or approval of the above mentioned uses and I release The McHenry County Fair Association, their assignees, agents, or licensees from any and all liability and any and all claims by me arising from the uses described herein.
