2026 MTI Application Form Feedback

We are reviewing the functionality and usability of the MTI Online forms and reports system and would welcome your feedback as key service users of the MTI scheme. Our aim is to improve how the system works in practice and make the process as clear and seamless as possible, focusing on functionality of the form.

Please note that the information and documentation requirements will remain the same, as these are dictated by obligations to UKVI, UK medical Royal Colleges and NHS regional Deaneries.

This Feedback form will be used to collect responses and suggestions in the lead-up to the release of our new MTI application form.
