Homeowners in the City of Ionia interested in assistance from the Housing Initiatives Livability (CHILL) Program MUST complete a Pre-Application Form as the first step in the application process.
The Pre-Application process DOES NOT guarantee the availability or receipt of funding. This form helps us to quickly evaluate whether an applicant is eligible or not.

General Program Eligibility Criteria: Applicant’s home must reside in the city limits; Applicant must own the home being repaired; Must be current on mortgage, property taxes, and property insurance; Cannot be leased land; Cannot be a mobile home.
