Quarterly Impact Report
This quarterly report is designed based on the data and documentation requirements outlined in the Annual Financial and Impact Report mandated by the NC MOA. Subrecipients must submit this report quarterly while actively receiving opioid settlement funds. Reporting periods are as follows: Q1 (July–September), Q2 (October–December), Q3 (January–March), and Q4 (April–June). Reports are due on the 15th of the month following each quarter (e.g., Q1 reports are due by October 15). Collected data will help to ensure compliance with the required reporting from the county.
