Each Year, the Wilmington Apartment Association creates a partnership with a Local Non-Profit Charity, with the intention of bringing additional awareness and support by:
- Providing a Website Page and Creating a Social Media Presence Monthly
- Hosting an Annual Charity Raffle
- Hosting an Annual Volleyball Tournament
- Providing a Complimentary Booth at our Annual Trade Show
- Hosting an Annual Golf Tournament
- Hosting 50/50 Raffles at all additional events
- Additional events
For the current year, we are on track to raise over $7,000 for our Charity Partner!
We accept submission letters from all Non-Profit Charities through November 27th. Any applications not submitted by this date will not be considered.
We do not require a specific format for your submission, but upload something that will make an impact with our Selections Committee!
Selections will be made and the Upcoming Year's Non-Profit Charity Partner will be notified by December 15th!
Also, if your Local Charity is selected, you will be invited to our Annual Crest Awards Program in January, where we will present the outgoing Non-Profit their check, and give you time to introduce yourselves to the Association Memberships!
