Atlas Air Pre-China Visa Application

Things to know & prepare before starting this questionnaire:

You will need a residential address in the U.S. to apply for your China visa.
The home address that you list on your visa application will need to match the address on your driver’s license or U.S. state ID.
If you do not have a U.S. Driver’s license or U.S. State ID for proof of address, you will need to provide at least ONE of the following items instead: Copy of signed lease, electric bill, water bill, gas bill, phone bill with major carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T), or bank statement.
A U.S. address and the proof of address documents should be obtained AND prepared BEFORE you click the link and begin the questionnaire.
You may not use a foreign address, hotel address, or PO Box address when applying for this visa.
