Bengtson Farm Party Package Policies
Booking & Payment A $50 refundable damage/cleanup deposit is required. Both the Party Package fee and the refundable deposit are due at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent through Square. Your date and time are not reserved until payment is received.
Birthday Party Pavilions hold 30 to 40 guest seated.
Cancellations If cancellation occurs with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
What to Bring
Coolers for soft drinks and water are allowed during the 2-hour tent rental (no glass containers and no alcohol).
Fun decorations such as plates, napkins, and streamers are encouraged.
Cupcakes or a cake are welcome for the celebration (birthday cake candles are permitted). Please note that no refrigeration is available.
Facility Rules
No flammable items are allowed.
Bengtson Farm is a smoke-free facility.
Guests are responsible for clearing all tables at the end of the party.
Bengtson Farm is not responsible for any items left unattended on the farm or in the rental area.
Admissions & Ticket Refunds Every guest entering the farm must pay admission. This can be prearranged, and each package includes 10 admissions. Refunds for additional unused tickets are only available when our computer count confirms that the ticket(s) were not used and that capacity remains available.
