The tent rental for two hours is $125 Monday - Thursday & $250 Friday through Sunday. A $50 refundable damage/cleanup deposit is required.
If cancelation occurs with less than 7 days notice, deposit fee will be forfeited.
Tent rental fee and refundable deposit are both due at the time of the booking .

The tent area seats 80 guests comfortably at ten tables. No outside food is allowed.
Coolers for soft drinks/water (no glass, no alcohol) are allowed for the 2 hour time in the tent.We encourage you to bring fun decorations for the party, such as plates, napkins, streamers.
No flammable items please! We are a smoke free facility.
We encourage you to bring cupcakes, or a cake for the celebration (birthday cake candles ok). No refrigeration is available.
Bengtson Farm is not responsible for any items left unattended on the farm or in the rental area.Guests are responsible to clear tables of everything at the end of the party.
