ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
1. Students understand that checks or cash are not acceptable, and only payment methods through Columbia Divinity credit card merchants are permitted.
2. If a student fails to fulfill all financial obligations, they are then withheld from graduation and have no grounds for refund on prior money submitted.
3. Assignment submissions should be submitted on a computer desktop or laptop, not a mobile device.
4. Students shall uphold their academic honor and has read the academic misconduct policy. Failure to do so can result in dismissal from school.
5. No refunds are given at Columbia Divinity, regardless if withdrawn from the school within a certain period of time.
6. Additional fees may be imposed for credit card processing and will be disclosed when payment is collected.
7. Any student who violates any policy of the institution or class may be dismissed or expelled.
8. Columba Divinity does not guarantee job placement to graduates, or career potentials upon completion of program/course.
9. Students understand that Columba Divinity offers religious or theological training, and award nonacademic degrees, diplomas and certificates with only specific theological, biblical, divinity or other religious designations.
10. Students understand that the academic credentials earned at Columba Divinity are not recommended for secular employment. This type of credential may not be accepted by employers for jobs and that our programs does not meet the requirements for professional licensure or certification.
11. Columbia Divinity does not transfer credits to other institutions, nor do we accept credits from other institutions.
12. Columbia Divinity is not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education or Council for Higher Education accreditation.
13. Programs offered by Columbia Divinity are Pass/Fail. There is no grade point averages.
14. Students will notify the school in writing if they intend to withdraw.
15. Students will watch every lecture, and will not simply "click next" to progress aimlessly through the program.
16. Columbia DIvinity can never sell your information to third parties, excluding institutions owned by Columba Divinity.
17. Student agrees to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Legal Notices of the website and learning modules.
