  • Training Facility Policies

  • To provide a safe, secure, and distraction-free training environment for all athletes, the following policies are strictly enforced during all practices and training sessions:

    Recording Prohibited
    Parents, guardians, spectators, and other visitors are strictly prohibited from recording (video or audio), photographing, or livestreaming athletes or training sessions inside the facility.

    Anyone found recording will be asked to leave the facility immediately. In addition, the athlete associated with that individual may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the Undrafted Elite program.

    No Guests Permitted
    Only approved athletes, coaches, and authorized Undrafted Elite staff are permitted in the training area during practices and training sessions. Guests, friends, siblings, relatives, and other unauthorized individuals are not permitted to enter or remain in the practice or training area.

    Individuals who violate this policy will be asked to leave the facility immediately. Repeated violations or failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal of the associated athlete from the program.

    These policies are in place to protect the privacy, safety, and development of every athlete. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining a respectful and professional training environment.

  • Training Attendance Policy

    Training athletes are assigned 4 designated training days for the month of August. Those days are August 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th. These assigned training days are the only sessions included in their training program.

    If a training athlete misses any of their designated training days, those sessions cannot be made up by attending training on a different day or with another group. Missed training sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for substitution or rescheduling.

    Private Sessions

    Private Sessions are reserved for one athlete working directly with Sean Kilpatrick.

    If you would like two siblings to participate in the same private session, the rate remains $100 per child. This arrangement must be requested and approved prior to booking.

    To ensure both athletes receive the best training experience, siblings must be no more than two years apart in age and have comparable skill levels to participate in the same session.

  • Medical Insurance Requirement

  • All athletes participating in I.B.T.H. Training and Undrafted Elite Basketball are required to have active medical insurance coverage. Basketball is a physical sport, and participation involves an inherent risk of injury.

    I.B.T.H. Training and Undrafted Elite Basketball, including their directors, coaches, staff, and volunteers, are not financially responsible for any medical expenses or other costs resulting from injuries sustained before, during, or after any training session. Any medical care required is the sole responsibility of the athlete's parent or legal guardian and their medical insurance provider.

    By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and confirm that their athlete is physically able to participate in all training activities.
