2025/26 BCSPL Player Pick Up Form

This is the Player Pick-Up Form for BCSPL clubs to use who are picking up a player from outside their club. All player pick ups do require a "Player Pick-Up Agreement" form signed by both clubs and on record with the BCSPL General Manager BEFORE this form is submitted. The Player's ID card is their approved BCSPL entry in BC Soccer's competition management system; Comet. A copy of the Player Pick-Up Form should be emailed to the releasing club's Technical Director for their records. Please note, a Player Pick-Up Form needs to be completed for each regular season match the player plays in the BCSPL for 2025/26.
