Call Out Request

To manage our commitments, we do require you to complete this call out request form to ensure the job is logged properly. The office number is 0435 434 386 and you can speak with Bec or Logan regarding your request anytime.

WE WILL COVER

Warping or twisting (2 years):

If the door warps or twists within 2 years from the date of installation, we will replace it with the same or a similar product. Please note that a change in design may be required where necessary.

One complimentary call-out:

You are entitled to one free call-out or fix-up. Any additional call-outs incur a $200 fee.

Soft-close systems: Please refrain from slamming the door. Visible damage caused by slamming will void the warranty and may result in the soft-close being removed, or replacement charges being applied.

WE WON’T COVER

Painting or finishing after installation:

If the door is painted, varnished, or stained after delivery/installation, any resulting issues will not be covered. These products can react with the materials used to build the door.

Change of mind:

Warranty does not cover changes to design, colour/paint finish, or door size after the order is confirmed and deposit has been paid.

Installed by others:

Doors that are not installed by ourselves, void all warranty. We have no control over the storage or installation of the door.

Placement-related damage:

Timber naturally expands and contracts with temperature changes. Damage caused by installing the door near heat or cooling sources is not covered — including but not limited to heaters, air-conditioning units, fireplaces, TVs, or gaming consoles.

Soft Close Issue

If your your call-out relates to soft close failing, here is a video to help fix it. Also, most doors have 2 soft closes / if you get on the ladder, refer to the working softclose as a working reference.
