You might have received this form from Chantelle (0466 968 169) - please keep in mind she is our main installer, and does not always answer timely or do not have the schedule available to her at all times. However - if you text her, she will respond when she can.

Soft Close Issue

If your your call-out relates to soft close failing, here is a video to help fix it. Also, most doors have 2 soft closes / if you get on the ladder, refer to the working softclose as a working reference.
