    Hey my name is Jeanie, thank you for being here.

    I am qualified in pt and nutrition. I will be  helping by coaching online and 1:1 sessions in person, to help those change there life's for the better.

    My goal is to teach you and help you reach your body goals through a sustainable healthy active life style. Making sure you get the right guidance with your workout plans, correct form and nutrition. 

    We want to celebrate healthy relationships not just with others, but with oneself, cultivating a holistic sense of wellness that encompasses mind, body, and soul.

     

  • My journey and how I made my lifestyle change for the better:

    Before a nutritional diet and protein shakes, I did not know how to gain weight and not know much about nutrition and how important it was. However I have always had a balanced diet and knew not to eat too much bad foods. I used to always feel insecure about my weight as I was very slim as I was underweight with a high body fat percentage.

    When I got introduced to protein shakes, with weight training and eating nutrional foods, I gained that healthy weight and my energy levels improved, I started to drink more water, taking daily vitamins and eating more proteins, carbs and the right nutrients the body needs. My body fat % dropped and I gained beautiful muscle mass (in the right places)

All my research and development has been aimed at creating programmes to assist you in reaching your goals, regardless of your exercise background. Your personal training sessions will be designed to provide you with the proper means to achieve your desired results.I'm very proud of the clients I train, and have very high expectations for them. At the same time, I stress that as a client you are ultimately responsible for your own achievements.
