ANBF Terms and Conditions:

In consideration of accepting my application and intention to compete in the 2024 King's American and Master's Nationals, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANBF, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, and attorneys from any claims related to polygraph testing or the dissemination of test results. This agreement includes covering all costs, expenses, and attorney fees from claims arising under this contract. This contract is governed by the laws of New Jersey, and disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Brick, New Jersey.

I understand this competition is open only to contestants who have not used anabolic steroids, growth hormones, diuretics, or any other performance-enhancing prescription drugs for seven (7) years. I will undergo a polygraph examination to verify my compliance with ANBF’s drug-free policies. If I do not take the polygraph or if the results indicate a failure, I will not be permitted to compete.

Further stipulations include:

1. I agree to submit to both polygraph and optional urine testing as per ANBF's banned substance list.
2. The results of the polygraph and urinalysis are final and binding as interpreted by the respective examiners.
3. The polygraph examiner has the authority to disclose the results and any statements I make to ANBF officials and the event promoter.
4. I grant ANBF and its media agents the rights to photograph me and use my likeness for promotional purposes.
5. I acknowledge the risk of exposure to communicable diseases such as Covid-19 at the event and release ANBF from any claims related to such exposure.

RELEASE  STATEMENT

I acknowledge that participating in this athletic event, sanctioned by the American Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ANBF), is an extreme test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, and lack of hydration. I hereby assume all the risks of participating in this ANBF event. I understand that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this ANBF event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, Release, and Discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, including traveling to and from this event, the ANBF, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, the event holders, sponsors, and volunteers; (B) Indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.

Drug Policy and Testing

Athletes must not have used any anabolic steroids, diuretics, prescription drugs, or other banned substances for athletic purposes for a minimum of seven (7) years prior to the date of this event. Failure to sign any liability, drug-testing, or any other release form or waiver associated with this event, or testing positive in drug tests, will result in the forfeiture of the right to participate, receive prize money, and loss of ANBF eligibility. All athletes will be polygraph tested, and prize money winners will be urine tested immediately after they come off stage.
