Vendor fee for a standard space ($60) includes a 12-feet by 12-feet space only, and is limited to 60 vendors. There are a limited number of spaces available with the ability to accomodate a vehicle incorporated in the space (pickup truck, trailer, van or mini-bus) available on a first-come, first-served basis for $75. Once capacity has been reached, a waiting list will be created. Vendors on the waiting list will be notified if a space opens.
Sharing a vendor space is NOT permitted. Vendors may furnish their space utilizing tables, tents, tent weights, chairs, racks, displays, and equipment at their own discretion. For safety, The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast requires ALL VENDORS with a tent to use tent weights. Sandbags are preferable. Cinderblocks are not allowed. No exceptions.
Electricity is not provided. No pets, ADA animals in service OK.
Vendors are welcome to sell merchandise that is antique, vintage, or retro. Having provenance is helpful, but optional. New items are not permitted unless they are "retro" in nature. Reproduction or “re-pop” items, as well as altered antique or vintage items, MUST be labeled. Reproduction items cannot exceed 25% of the vendor’s merchandise.
Vendors are prohibited from selling weapons, pornography, racist items, or homophobic items. Additionally, drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited to sell. The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market reserves the right to have the vendor remove prohibited items and may block the vendor from participating in future WHITE WALL RAMA’S Retro Expo Northeast market events.
The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market is an outdoor event. In case of inclement weather, the event may be rescheduled if it is deemed unsafe to vend.
Vendors will be permitted to unload at their space prior to the market opening. After setting up your space, all vendors must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking lot. Spots for vendors with vehicles as part of their setup are permitted in designated spaces - please note if you fall into this category within your application, as these spaces are limited and offered for $75.
Vendors must remain set up for the entire time of the event. Vendors are responsible for clearing their space and removing all trash.
The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods or personal belongings. The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market will not be held responsible for any damages caused by patrons, vendors, or transportation of goods. The White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring on the event property.
It is the vendor's responsibility to comply with local tax regulations. If you are selling any taxable items, it is your responsibility to possess and maintain a current tax ID number, and to collect and remit all taxes on your sales.
Restrooms are available on-site.
Public Wi-Fi is available in the pavilion.
The event grounds operate a beer garden and restaurant. Outside food is not permitted.
Overnight accommodation may be available. Vendors can contact Riedlbauer’s Resort directly at info@riedlbauersresort.com. White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market is not responsible for making overnight accommodations for vendors.
The vendor agrees not to hold the White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market or its ownership responsible if vendors do not make a profit. The vendor agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the White Wall Rama's Retro Expo Northeast market and its members, from and against all liability for any and all claims, suits, demands, and/or actions arising from or based upon intentional or negligent acts on the part of patrons, vendors, which may arise out of or result from this event. This indemnity provision shall apply regardless of the nature of the injury or harm alleged, whether for injury or death to persons or damage to property. This indemnity provision shall apply whether the basis for claims, suit, demand, and/or action may be attributable in whole or in part to or its ownership.
