I release The Safe Studio, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage. I accept full responsibility for any damage to studio property during my use and understand that The Safe Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. I agree to follow all studio rules, including cleanliness, proper conduct, and appropriate use of the space. I understand that all bookings are non-refundable; cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be issued studio credit valid for 1 month, while cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for credit. I also give The Safe Studio permission to use any photos or videos taken during my session for promotional and marketing purposes.
