  • Program Type Descriptions

    Booth: A walk-through tabling event/program where NCWC hosts a booth featuring an educational setup with displays, materials, and literature. Ideal for fairs, festivals, and community events. Booths are assumed to be off-site, and there is no fee for booths within 10 miles. Booths include an interactive activity for participants.

    Presentation: A structured talk or demonstration on a specific topic. A standard presentation is included in the base fee, but you may request a custom presentation for an additional $100. Great for schools, libraries, and scout troops. You can come to our center (depending on your group size), or we can come to you!

    Special Event: A wildlife-themed experience for private events like weddings. You can host the event in our classroom, or we can come to you. Special Events include up to 2 live ambassador animals.

  • PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 fee for off-site programs that includes up to 10 miles of travel distance from our facility. If the travel distance is more than 10 miles, there is an added charge of $0.50/additional mile.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Programs up to 2 hours are included in the base fee. Each additional hour adds $50.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Multiple dates can only be requested for the same program. If you are requesting a different program, please submit the form again. There is a 10% discount for bulk program requests.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Our classroom has a maximum capacity of 30 people. We cannot accomodate on-site programs with an estimated attendance of greater than 30.

  • Northern Colorado Wildlife Center has a variety of live educational ambassador animals that attend programs with us to educate the community about what we do. You may request the attendance of up to 2 ambassadors for $150. Additional ambassadors may be requested for $100 each. Up to 4 animals total may be requested.

    PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guaruntee a specific animal's attendance, but you may indicate a preference.

  • Special Events include a live animal experience with up to 2 of our educational ambassador animals (depending on preference & availability). You may request up to 2 additional animals at this program. There is an $100 fee per additional animal.
