MEMBER AGREEMENT

In consideration of my application acceptance to join the American Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ANBF), I commit to adhere to all the established rules and by-laws, as amended, of the ANBF, which include policies on drug-free competition and proper conduct. To compete in an ANBF-sanctioned event, I am required to undergo up to two (2) drug tests to confirm that I have not used steroids, hormones, prohormones, prescription diuretics, or any other banned performance-enhancing substances or practices as defined by the ANBF. These tests will include both polygraph examinations and urinalysis. I agree to respect and abide by the ANBF's decisions regarding my eligibility to participate in sanctioned contests, based on the outcomes of these tests and my compliance with all ANBF regulations. Failure to pass the required drug tests or to comply with ANBF regulations will lead to my removal from the competition and a seven-year ban from ANBF eligibility. WAIVER

By executing this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ANBF, along with its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, and attorneys, against all claims, whether anticipated or unanticipated, that may arise from this agreement and any actions taken under it. This includes all related costs, expenses, damages, punitive awards, and attorney fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey and any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Brick, New Jersey, to which I agree to submit. Participation in any ANBF events is entirely at the discretion of the ANBF, and decisions regarding compliance are exclusively its prerogative, which may be revoked, terminated, or suspended at any time without notice. This agreement is non-transferable without the explicit written consent of the ANBF.

Drug Testing Acknowledgement*

I acknowledge that I may be urine drug tested at events and/or randomly tested in the off-season without notice. If I do not adhere to this policy, I may be suspended indefinitely.
