IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ!!

The purpose of this Registration form is to get a count for meals that will be provided to the volunteers of the ride. Each Volunteer needs to fill out this form and let us know what FREE meals you want. You will also register for your camping with this form. Except for a few rigs, all volunteers will be parked at the old base camp. You will need to drive back and forth. If you want to bring horses to ride in the event and do not want to be seperated from them, you will need to pay $80 for parking at Velen Camp, (new base camp), and we will waive the rider registration fee. The form for registering for the ride and parking will be opened up to members only on the 28th of this month then be opened to the public on August 1st.

There will be Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided on Friday and Saturday. Sunday will be Breakfast only.

There will also be lunch provided for the Winery Hosts.
Volunteer camping will be located at the old base camp off Highland Drive.

Volunteer meals will only be served at the new base camp.

Volunteers will need to drive to the new Base Camp (Velen Camp) 1003 Cheyne Rd.
