Thank you for your interest in being an Activation Partner as part of Holidays on Houston Street Market Weekend! Please complete the form below to help us understand your onsite needs and how we can best support your set up.
Form submissions will close on Monday, November 4th. Submissions will be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee and partners will be promptly notified.
Special Event Fee: Waived
Holidays on Houston Street will supply each vendor with the following:
10x10 space onsite (larger spaces may be accomodated upon request)
(1) Event Branded Sign
Area Lighting
Access to up to (2) standard 120v outlets*
*Limited and available only upon request.
Activation Partners must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, table covers, trash cans & liners, and any other needs within their booths. Partners must stay within their agreed-upon activation footprint.
If requested, vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Limits of liability should include $1,000,000 of coverage and list Centro San Antonio, Visit San Antonio, and the City of San Antonio as additional insured.
Vendors must abide by their assigned load in and load out times and must remain for the entirety of the event times
Vendor will supply any additional lighting and/or power, if needed
