Players wanting accommodation should either:

a) Email the hotel on revenue@hipeterborough.com, using the code ‘4NCLCHESS’;
b) Call the hotel on 01733 289900 between 9am and 5pm, again using the code ‘4NCLCHESS’;

Please note that our bedroom allocation will be released four weeks before the event, after which rooms may not be available at the agreed 4NCL rates - so players wanting accommodation on site are advised to enter early.
