$200 Deposit Option:

How It Works - $200 due at checkout. The first payment of $75 will be due 30 days after deposit. There will be a total of (2) monthly payments of $75 to total the full balance of $350. The initial $200 deposit will be automatically forfeited if the 2nd payment of $75 is declined.

Coupon Code - You must enter the coupon code and click "apply" in order for the coupon to take effect.

Note: If remaining balance is not resolved within 7 days of the due date, then $200 deposit will be forfeited and equipment and uniform will be withheld or returned and player will not be eligible to participate in practice or play in any games until balance is resolved.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued at the descretion of the organization on a case to case basis. $100 of each registration is NON-REFUNDABLE for player insurance which is automatically applied to every registered player. No exceptions.

Equipment Return: All equipment must be returned upon scheduled return date. Failure to comply WILL result in legal action.
