Discover Downtown Franklin (DDF) is Franklin Indiana's nationally accredited Main Street organization. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit specializing in revitalization efforts to keep our downtown community vibrant and our small businesses going strong. These offorts include local business support, tourism via small- and large-scale events, placemaking and beautification, and historic preservation.

We thrive only with the participation of volunteers who support our
mission and are willing to contribute. The information provided throughout this form will be kept confidential and will help us determine the most satisfying and appropriate volunteer opportunities for you.

Note: all personal information asked for below is required for a limited criminal history (background) check through the Indiana State Police. The answer options in these questions are taken directly from the Indiana State Police Form. The Indiana State Police Limited Criminal History check is mandatory to become a Discover Downtown Franklin volunteer. Information used for criminal history checks will be securely maintained and only accessible to authorized Discover Downtown Franklin personnel. All results of the Limited Criminal History check are held in the strictest of confidentiality.
