300 Plates 2025 Volunteer Sign Up: Event Setup

Thank you for your interest in supporting Art Access! This form is for signing up to support our small staff and board members with exhibition install and hosting the Sponsorship and public opening events. Volunteer tasks include:

helping staff hang "plates" on gallery walls
tracking event attendees and explaining the exhibition details
driving to pickup food and alcohol around Salt Lake City; local errands for staff as needed *** (requires use of personal insured vehicle and valid ID) ***
supporting with food prep; maintaining tables and clearing trash as needed
event clean up

This is an in-person volunteer opportunity for preproduction and day-of event support of the 300 Plates Gallery Stroll Opening (Friday, May 16, 6-9pm) at Art Access' office and gallery (230 S. 500 W. SLC, UT.) Masking aligns with Art Access' mission and best practices, and will be available for free at the event space.
