DriveLine Solutions Freelance Subscription

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the DriveLine Solutions Freelance Subscription ("Subscription"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DriveLine Solutions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use the Freelance Recruiter Platform.

2. Subscription Plan

2.1. Description: The Subscription provides recruiters with access to the DriveLine Solutions Freelance Subscription, offering a range of features and tools designed to enhance recruitment processes.

2.2. Payment: Recurring monthly payments will be automatically charged on the last day of each month. Payment details and billing information must be provided and kept up to date.

2.3. Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their Subscription at any time by sending an email to support@drivelinesolutions.net. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. Authorized Users: The Subscription is intended for use by recruiters authorized by the subscriber. The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data scraping, and any actions that could harm the platform or its users.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: DriveLine Solutions retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Freelance Recruiter Platform. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. Confidentiality: Subscribers agree to keep confidential any proprietary information obtained through the use of the Freelance Recruiter Platform.

5. Privacy

5.1. Data Collection: DriveLine Solutions may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

DriveLine Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Subscription at its discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, access to the Freelance Recruiter Platform will be revoked.

7. Amendments

DriveLine Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
